Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and providing information on AKC policies and programs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and policies
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
