Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing multiple software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies, promoting resources as needed
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required
