Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and providing information about AKC policies and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC programs
- Utilize multiple software tools to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and independent evaluation
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
