Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and document customer interactions using Salesforce while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on registrations and AKC policies, promoting resources and programs effectively
- Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
