Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction and utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and solving customer issues
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
