Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to dog and litter registrations while providing excellent customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software applications effectively to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer inquiries
- Experience in customer service, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
