Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting relevant resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems and policies
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
