Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions across various channels, documenting interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
