Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through multiple channels and document interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
- Maintain professional communication with the team and meet performance goals while ensuring confidentiality of AKC records
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and perform tasks simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
