Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and provide information on AKC policies and resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals and adhering to attendance policies
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
