Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and document customer interactions using Salesforce while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies, promoting AKC resources and programs
- Respond to inbound emails and communicate via team chat channels to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams, with the ability to multitask across multiple applications
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
- Excellent telephone manner with a pleasant and articulate voice
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
