Job Summary
Working fully remote in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and programs
- Promote AKC resources and maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
