Nevada Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction and utilizing multiple software tools effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Utilize various software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based applications and screens
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
