Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs effectively and escalate customer issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task using various web-based applications and interpret data
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
