Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
