Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and promoting AKC resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting relevant resources
- Maintain communication with the team and management through chat channels, ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
