Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer inquiries
  • Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required
