Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers about registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain communication with team members and management through chat channels, ensuring a professional and pleasant demeanor
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, with clear communication skills in both spoken and written forms
