Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
- Maintain professional communication with the team and management while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data effectively
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Professional demeanor and articulate communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
