Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
  • Maintain professional communication with the team and management while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data effectively
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Professional demeanor and articulate communication skills, both verbal and written
