Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while ensuring high customer satisfaction and utilizing CRM software for documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Communicate effectively via team chat and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
