Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members via various channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task using multiple web-based applications and interpret data effectively
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and independent evaluation
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
