Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and manage multiple software applications simultaneously
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks accurately
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
