Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations, utilizing Salesforce and various software tools to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and provide information on AKC policies and programs
  • Promote AKC resources and maintain effective communication with team members throughout the day
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple software applications and browser tabs
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with fluency in both spoken and written forms
