Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the fully remote Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats related to dog registrations while utilizing various software tools to assist customers and promote AKC resources.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document interactions using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and provide information on AKC policies
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
