Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and providing information on AKC policies while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
