Job Summary
Working fully remotely in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, documenting interactions accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize various software programs to research customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience using multiple computer applications and web-based tools simultaneously
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
