Job Summary
To support a fast-paced omni-channel customer service department, the fully remote Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer inquiries effectively
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task between various web-based programs and applications
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
