Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the fully remote Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions accurately
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and provide information on AKC policies and resources
  • Maintain professional communication with team members and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
