Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management via chat channels throughout the day
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience using multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
