Job Summary

Working fully remote in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
  • Maintain communication with the team and management through chat channels, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based applications and browser tabs
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
