Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations, ensuring customer satisfaction while utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Respond to emails and maintain communication with team members in a professional manner
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
