Nevada Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies
• Promote AKC resources and maintain professional communication with team members

Required qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
• Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
