Job Summary
Working fully remotely from Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations, while utilizing multiple software programs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions through various channels, documenting them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Respond to emails and communicate via team chat channels, maintaining professionalism and adhering to attendance policies
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
