Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist and educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and solving customer issues
- Experience in a customer service role, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required
