Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools to resolve inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and educate them on AKC policies and programs
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with fluency in both languages for customer interactions
