Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools to resolve inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and educate them on AKC policies and programs
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with fluency in both languages for customer interactions
