Job Summary

As a full-time remote Nevada Customer Care Representative, the candidate will manage inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, handling 60-80 calls daily while providing exceptional customer service and support to improve community access to care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Progressively manage a variety of tasks with increasing complexity related to customer care
  • Maintain a high level of service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to NCQA standards
Required qualifications:
  • Must currently reside in Nevada
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
  • Access to high-speed internet with specific upload and download speed requirements
