Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for hardware, software, and network issues remotely or on-site
• Maintain and oversee computers and technical equipment, ensuring proper testing and verification
• Provision laptops for new hires and implement basic cybersecurity best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Solid knowledge of Windows & macOS, computer hardware, and core networking
• Familiarity with a Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platform
• Working grasp of basic cybersecurity principles
• Ability to create or modify simple scripts for task automation
