Job Summary
Licensed to practice in Nevada, the full-time Associate Attorney will represent clients in insurance defense litigation, conduct legal research, and manage cases from inception through resolution in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury and general liability claims
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials while managing cases with minimal supervision
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license in the State of Nevada and in good standing
- 1-3 years of litigation or insurance defense experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
