Job Summary

To support a dynamic litigation team, the full-time Nevada Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing effective case strategies and collaborating with colleagues in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys, fostering team growth and success

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Nevada
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
