Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeping/Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online, including data entry, transaction categorization, and reconciliations
- Coordinate internal projects and administrative tasks, tracking deadlines and action items
- Maintain organized financial records and serve as a point of contact for internal requests related to bookkeeping and project coordination
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, administrative, or coordination roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
