Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeping/Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online, including data entry, transaction categorization, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate internal projects and administrative tasks, tracking deadlines and action items
  • Maintain organized financial records and serve as a point of contact for internal requests related to bookkeeping and project coordination
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
  • 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, administrative, or coordination roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
