Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Remote NV.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nevada Medicaid Medical Management Prior Authorization Call Center by responding to client inquiries
- Resolve client issues through effective problem-solving and documentation while meeting service level agreements
- Collaborate with team members and assist with cross-training and workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to understand team roles and consult appropriate stakeholders for issue resolution
- Completion of required background checks prior to employment
- Availability to work M-F, 8 am to 5 pm PST
