Job Summary
Supporting the State of Nevada, the full-time Nevada Licensed Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls, provide assistance to members and providers, and resolve inquiries in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, delivering professional and accurate assistance to members, providers, and partners
- Research and resolve inquiries using multiple systems and resources in a timely manner
- Document all call interactions clearly and accurately while managing multiple responsibilities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
- Prior remote/work-from-home experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and web browsers (Chrome/Edge)
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Medicaid or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
