Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction, the full-time Nevada Licensed Call Center Representative will deliver meaningful solutions through inbound phone interactions, build relationships with customers, and develop knowledge in banking and technology while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing solutions and educating them on products and services
- Participate in a comprehensive 13-week virtual training program
- Foster positive customer experiences to encourage referrals and repeat business
Required qualifications
- Must reside within 90 miles of a Nevada location
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, particularly in problem-solving and product education
- Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and strong keyboarding skills
