Job Summary

To support customer satisfaction, the full-time Nevada Licensed Call Center Representative will deliver meaningful solutions through inbound phone interactions, build relationships with customers, and develop knowledge in banking and technology while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers by providing solutions and educating them on products and services
  • Participate in a comprehensive 13-week virtual training program
  • Foster positive customer experiences to encourage referrals and repeat business
Required qualifications
  • Must reside within 90 miles of a Nevada location
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in problem-solving and product education
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and strong keyboarding skills
