Job Summary
To support customer engagement, the full-time Nevada Licensed Call Center Representative will deliver meaningful solutions through inbound phone interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued while working remotely from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PDT.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone
- Educate customers on products and services to enhance their experience
- Participate in a 13-week paid training program to develop skills in technology and banking
Required qualifications
- Must reside within 90 miles of a Nevada location
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or banking preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and strong keyboarding skills
- Passion for serving others and contributing to a positive workplace culture
