Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Nevada Licensed Care Agent will assist Ibotta users via email, investigate account issues, and contribute to special projects, all while working remotely for up to 25 hours a week, including Saturday availability.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Ibotta Savers through email communication
- Investigate and resolve issues related to user accounts and the Ibotta app
- Support leadership teams on special projects as needed
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to work remotely, with prior remote work experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technologically savvy, with familiarity with Android and Apple devices
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
