Job Summary
To support Spanish- and English-speaking patients in their treatment journeys, the remote Nevada Licensed Care Coordinator will provide personalized assistance, focusing on treatment access, affordability, and adherence while working West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, delivering high-touch support
- Explain insurance coverage and available affordability support options to patients
- Help patients prepare for discussions with their healthcare providers while ensuring adherence to privacy and safety protocols
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 6+ years of patient-facing clinical experience or 4 years plus 2+ years in the industry as a Registered Nurse or Doctor of Pharmacy
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work remotely during West Coast business hours
- Experience in patient support programs or rare disease environments preferred
