Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Care Management Mom & Baby.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and staff adherence to departmental expectations
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train departmental team members
• Monitor and audit systems and procedures to ensure quality customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completion of an accredited registered nursing (RN) degree program, Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, or relevant Master's degree
• A minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience
• A minimum of two (2) years of managed care and/or case management experience is preferred
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in maternity is preferred
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
