Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager for the Suicide Prevention Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with outreach, engagement, and continuous support for members
• Develop and coordinate community resources to address various needs
• Assess risk, perform crisis interventions, and ensure safety through tailored safety plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably with at-risk adolescents and young adults
• Crisis intervention training or similar certification is required
• Knowledge of local resources and issues related to mental health and substance abuse
