Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Manager (RN) - Postpartum.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate member needs and barriers to care, recommending plans for optimal outcomes
- Develop ongoing care plans and collaborate with providers to address unmet needs
- Provide resource support and education to members and their families on healthcare options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2 - 4 years of related experience in nursing
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- Experience in Postpartum care, Labor & Delivery, Nursery, or NICU preferred
- Must reside in Nevada, specifically in Clark County
