Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Property Claim Representative Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from various stakeholders and maintain accurate records of claim activity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Ability to acquire and maintain relevant Insurance License(s) within three months
• Willingness to participate in the Catastrophe Response Program
